Parish Administrative Assistant -32 hours per week
Responsible for managing the parish office and some business aspects.
Serve as parish receptionist.
Provide bookkeeping services and manage financial processes, documentation and communication.
Assist in administration of sacramental and pastoral care.
Other responsibilities as assigned by the pastor.
LNMV Religious Education Administrative Assistant - 6 hours per week
Supports the Director of Religious Education with administrative duties such as: communications, filing, database maintenance, budget monitoring, phone and email contacts and calendaring.
Communications and Mission Assistant - 12 – 15 hours per week
Develop and maintain the parish website and social media accounts (i.e. Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter).
Responsible for creating, editing and publishing the weekly parish bulletin.
Works with parish ministry and events leadership to market and publicize parish events and outreach and evangelization.
Assists Stewardship Committee in accomplishing its mission in maximizing parishioners giving of time, talent and treasure.
